Precision Plastic Injection Molding Services

Marman Industries, Inc., is a fully integrated provider of both conventional and certified Class 100,000 (8) Clean Room precision plastic injection molding services. With a strategic emphasis on quality, our prime focus is meeting our customers' needs on a consistent and cost effective basis.

We will assess your drawings and provide engineering guidance to help you design moldable parts that are optimized for manufacture. From tool design concepts to process development and validation, we ensure that all aspects of production meet the ultimate goal of producing high quality injection molded parts. We have extensive experience molding commodity-type resins as well as specialty and FDA-approved engineering resins, many of which have complex processing requirements. Our highly regulated, climate-controlled cleanroom environment enables us to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to meet the sanitary and regulatory challenges of medical and electronics industry manufacturing.

We run 24 injection molding machines ranging in size from 20 to 150 tons and have the capacity to handle high volume production as well as smaller more specialized runs and R&D testing services. Our ISO 13485 & 9001 certified facility is operated according to cGMP compliant Lean manufacturing principles and our centralized resource planning system gives us total visibility and control over all manufacturing processes. Our services include process validation, product design evaluation, mold test, product assembly and packaging, and product traceability from start to finish. Contact us today to learn how our value-based plastic injection molding services can benefit your next project.
